Job Description

Title: Recreation Coach

Reports to: Marcos Obermaier

Position Status: Part-Time

Pay Status: Hourly

Job Summary:

The Recreation Coach ultimately responsible for executing, and leading activities for soccer players.

Essential Job Functions

• Creating a welcoming environment for players to learn soccer.
• Arriving within 10-30 minutes before practices starts to set up cones for drills.
• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of individual athletes and opposing teams.
• Execute practices that encapsulate the standards of Space Coast United.
• Direct, encourage, and motivate athletes to prepare them for competitions.
• Modify activities to suit the needs of specific groups.
• Organize and set up tools and equipment used in recreational activities.
• Attend all weekend games.
• Maintain close supervision and maximize safety of staff and participants at all times.
