The Role: Recreation Coach
- Creating a welcoming environment for players to learn soccer.
- Arriving within 10-30 minutes before practices starts to set up cones for drills.
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of individual athletes and opposing teams.
- Execute practices that encapsulate the standards of Space Coast United.
- Direct, encourage, and motivate athletes to prepare them for competitions.
- Modify activities to suit the needs of specific groups.
- Organize and set up tools and equipment used in recreational activities.
- Attend all weekend games.
