TRYOUTS 2020 FAQ

Is Tryouts registration required?

Yes, registration is mandatory.

As a returning Comp player, what do I need to do if I want to be considered to move up a level within an age group?

Nothing at all. All players will be considered based on this previous year and when safe to return to play, based on the remainder of the Spring (Summer) season. We, at Space Coast United, are committed to providing training opportunities to our current membership throughout the summer months in a safe and positive environment for all our players.

I am on an SCUSC White team, is this Tryout for me?

Yes, all current SCUSC players who plan to return for the 2020-21 season should register for Tryouts. Registraiton will be used for US Club and FYSA (GCF).

I am coming from another club, how do I tryout?

Make sure to register for this Virtual Tryout. This will notify Space Coast United SC of your intent and allow us to contact you. An in-person evaluation will take place when it is safe to do so.

I am having difficulty making an account.

Please contact Total Global Sports (TGS)
855-847-1805 or help@totalglobalsports.com

What is the cost of the programs?

The Fees tab will be updated once the new Fees are released.

Do I need to send in any forms?

No, since this is a Virtual Tryout you will complete forms at Registration Time.

When will I be contacted by a coach?

Contact depends on your player status. Current Comp Players will be contacted first by their coaches. Players from other clubs will be contacted for further information on their playing experience. Current Rec players will be contacted after the Directors have a chance to consult the player's Rec coach.

Does every player need in-person evaluation?

Current Comp players will be evaluated on their past performance. All Current SCUSC Players who register are guaranteed a spot in the club. Players new to SCUSC and Current Rec Players will eventually need an in-person evaluation.

When will I know if I made a team?

All Current Comp players who register for the season are guaranteed a spot with the club, but not necessarily on their same team. Players new to SCUSC Comp will need to be evaluated in-person once we return to the fields.
