Tournament Check-In

The Space Coast Challenge offers safe, convenient Online Check-in. All teams can check-in through their GotSoccer Team accounts.

We recommend the online check-in, but if you prefer, an In-Person Check-in will be held Friday, May 28, location TBD.

Teams who change their roster after online check-in may attend the Friday night option or Saturday morning updates-only Check-in.

  • Player Passes
  • Official State/Association Roster
  • Guest Player forms (if applicable)
  • Medical Release Acknowledgement Form (one form to acknowledge possession of player Medical Releases)

The Medical Release Acknowledgement Form is used in lieu of uploading all player forms. Sign this form and upload it with your online check-in documents. The printed player Medical Release Forms are required to be on-hand with you at the tournament.

How to upload required documents to your GotSoccer Team Account

Format

Upload the official PDF document of your roster – download the roster from GotSoccer, SportsEngine, TGS, etc.. No .jpg submissions will be accepted and please no phone photos. Passes should be in alphabetical order. If the file exceeds upload limits you may split it.

Deadline

Documents must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Mon., May 24. You must contact the Tournament Director if you have any changes after the deadline. Any roster inconsistencies could cause an ineligible player. Contact challenge@spacecoastsoccer.org

In-person Saturday Check-in: Anyone who has changed a roster must bring 5 copies of the roster along with the appropriates passes to this in-person check-in.

Printing Your Rosters

Once your roster has been verified, it will be stamped and returned to your GotSoccer team account. Go to Team Profile > Documents to find the PDF.

  1. Download the roster PDF.
  2. Print 5 copies.
  3. Present a copy at each game.

 

Guest Player Forms

FYSA Guest Player Forms and US Club Loan Forms need approval by your registrar and the registrar of the guest player.

The FYSA Guest Player Form is done online by the player's club registrar and approved by your registrar. The form should then be saved/printed as PDF and uploaded.

The US Club Loan Form can be initiated by either club and is signed by both registrars.
