Comp Player/Parent Agreement
9U to 14U, Birth Years 2006 to 2011, Red and White Teams
15U to 19U, Birth Years 2001 to 2005, Red and White Teams
All Comp Player Parents are required to sign this Player/Parent Agreement. Parents should go over the contents with their player so that they understand the commitment they are making and the behavior that is expected.
Of note to both Parents and Players is respect and sportsmanship to fellow players, the coach and the directors. We are One Club, One Team. Use common sense on Social Media. It is against the Code of Decorum to disparage a player, coach, or director on any social platform.
ALL PLAYERS must be age-verified in accordance with FYSA rules. A Birth Certificate or Passport is required. You can use a scanned file or phone photo showing the corners of the document. These can be PDF or JPG. Players who are already age-verified do not need to repeat the process. You can tell if this is the case if the player name and birth date are locked from editing. Any player who has been on a Comp roster has been age-verified.
There are 3 options for presenting the document:
- Upload to the player GotSoccer account. After registration, return to the player account and upload the document on the Documents tab.

- Present a copy of the document at the first night of practice. If a check-in table is not at the field that evening, give the document to your coach.
Upon accepting a position on a Space Coast United Competitive Program Team you are required to pay the full registration fees for the entire year, even if you leave the club prior to the end of the season. We do review exceptional cases for consideration of a refund. Examples may include season-ending injuries, family relocation of a distance that prohibits regular play with the Club, and other special or unusual circumstances.
