ALL PLAYERS must be age-verified in accordance with FYSA rules. A Birth Certificate or Passport is required. You can use a scanned file or phone photo showing the corners of the document. These can be PDF or JPG. Players who are already age-verified do not need to repeat the process. You can tell if this is the case if the player name and birth date are locked from editing. Any player who has been on a Comp roster has been age-verified.
There are 3 options for presenting the document:
- Upload to the player GotSoccer account. After registration, return to the player account and upload the document on the Documents tab.
To Upload to GotSoccer
Go to gotsoccer.com
Click User Login in the top right.
Under Players & Families click Login.
Under Individual Player Login, enter username and password.
This brings you to the player account.
Click My Profile.
On the left click the Club Documents tab.
Click Upload Document for BSSCU Space Coast United.
Enter a File Description (ex. Birth Certificate).
Click Choose File, select the document (PDF preferred) and click Open.
Back on the GotSoccer screen, click Upload File.
The file will now be listed in the Secure Documents.
- Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email will be deleted and purged once received.
- Present a copy of the document at the first night of practice. If a check-in table is not at the field that evening, give the document to your coach.
