6:30 AM: Registration, Breakfast, and Driving Range
8 AM: Shotgun Start: 4 man "Captain's Choice" scramble
During Play: Hole-in-One contest, Long Drive contest, Putting contest, Closest to the Pin contests
1 PM: Lunch and prize awards

Cost: $100 per golfer. Registrations and fees will be processed on a first come first served basis.
How to register: Print, fill out, and mail in the registration form. Team and individual registrations are accepted.
