Congratulations - ODP players selected in the ’97 & ’98 ODP Trials
Recently, 25 players from our club born in either 1997 or 1998 attended the Region B-South Olympic Development Program (ODP) Trials. As the name suggests, the primary goal of the ODP is to identify players for the US National Teams through a series of regional, state, and national trials. Each year, Florida is placing players on both the boys and girls US Youth National Teams and this year should be no exception. The benefit to the players is to train and compete against the best players in their age group, and receive instruction and training from top level national coaches.
The following players attended the trials:
98 Girls Jackie Ayers, Madison Dininny* ,Cori Fisher*, Erica Lobmeyer*
98 Boys Kieran Jones, John Schneider*, Dylan White*, Mikey White*, Aidan Wixted*, Adam Griffen*
97 Girls Carmen Araujo, Stephanie Arrington*, Olivia Bergau*, Ashley Calcagno*, Brittany Etrick*, Hope Leonard*, Emily Plotz*, Kasey Snow*, Maleia Storum*, Allison Summers*, Monica Vega*, Kianna Zanganeh
97 Boys Ryan Larsen*, Ben Tutera, Liam Tyler
*denotes player was selected through the trial.
